 · Carmen was fantastic! She is an excellent travel agent. My wife Leanne booked a trip to Miami Beach, FL for us and my daughter and her boyfriend at the Rui Plaza hotel on the beach. This included flights, hotel and rental car for a very reasonable price. We had a blast enjoying the area, beach,  restaurant's, and shops. The weather was beautiful. Carmen was with us the whole time when we had questions and treated us very well. Please check her out if you plan to go away as she will make sure everything goes smoothly for you.
